Section 9: Working with Smaller Designs
Now that we have gone through all the basics of cutting, we would now like to go into some of the more advanced cutting techniques and features.
When working with smaller cut lines that are difficult to work with, or see well on your screen, you can always zoom in to get a better look.
Zooming in: You can right-click and select "Zoom In" OR click on the "Zoom In" icon on your top bar with the image of the magnifying glass that has the plus sign.
Moving while zoomed in: You can move your page around as your screen is enlarged. To do so, click on the "Move" icon on your top bar with the image of the hand and arrows.
Once you have selected this tool, your cursor will look like a hand with multi-directional arrows. Left-clicking and holding this down while moving your mouse on your zoomed-in project will move your page around.
Zooming out: You may zoom out step by step by right-clicking and selecting "Zoom Out" OR by clicking on the "Zoom Out" icon on your top bar with the image of the magnifying glass that has the negative sign.
You may zoom out all at once by right-clicking and selecting "Fit" OR by clicking on the "Fit" icon on your top bar with the image of the white box with arrows.
