Section 8: Font Styles

Toward the bottom of the Text Settings window there are four text style options.

This will italicize your letters. It is available for both print type letters and cut type letters.

This will bold your letters. It is only available for print type letters. It will be grayed out unless the "Outline" style is un-selected.

This will underline your letters. It is only available for print type letters. It will be grayed out unless the "Outline" style is un-selected.

This option will format your letters to cut when checked and to print when un-checked. If you un-check this option, your letters will not contain any cutting information and the Silhouette cannot see them to cut. The Outline option should only be un-checked if you are purposefully attempting to create letters to print to your regular printer for "Print and Cut" jobs (which will be discussed in a later section).
